Great remote office and walk able to many activities
We enjoyed our time at Lake Michigan! The house was very nicely decorated, super clean, and showed off the great view. The home is tucked between two larger homes but this we felt helped keep the noise down. The weather was amazing and the basement level lent itself to a quiet home office away from the main floor. Reliable internet speeds, but poor cellphone signal (sprint/verizon). Seemed like a very safe area, steps away from the south beach and kids corner playground. Would love to return again in the future.”
This home was easy walking distance to downtown South Haven and immaculately clean. Very nice decor which gave a homey feeling and has an awesome deck with a SPECTACULAR view of Lake Michigan. Owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Look forward to coming back!!”
Great location, beachfront, sunsets
We really enjoyed our week here with kids and grandparents. The location in particular is perfect, with a bit of private lakefront attached and the public beach almost adjacent. South Beach is a short walk for kayak/SUP rentals, a playground, and ice cream. On red flag days our kids spent lots of time at the nearby park, basically across the street, which has a great playground and baseball diamond. The home itself is clean and nicely decorated with a shaded outdoor deck perfect for grilling and sunset watching. The home has been recently remodeled and has the feel of a refreshed and updated beachside cottage. It is charming, though the flip side is smaller rooms and an older layout (master bedroom does not have attached bathroom, 2nd bathroom is on lower level with 6’ ceilings). Bottom line: great Michigan getaway and we would go there again.”
