Two living rooms offer plenty of space for lounging and spending time together while shrouded in complete luxury. A state-of-the-art entertainment system offers a surround-sound stereo that delights with indoor and outdoor speakers, and the lower living room features a pool table.

When it’s time for dinner, take advantage of the Great Houses’ gourmet kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances that include a Wolf gas stove, SubZero refrigerator, ice-maker, and two Bosch dishwashers. Custom granite countertops make for excellent prepping space, completing the ultimate chef’s kitchen. A 12-person mahogany dining table sits just off the kitchen, which also features island seating for six.

The Great House features five amazing bedrooms, each with a distinct design that embodies a certain aspect of island living. Each room is spacious and offers a private en-suite bathroom. Designer furnishings, as well as silky smooth bed linens, pillowtop mattresses, and rich, cooling-down comforters, will ensure each night is as restful as possible.

The lower level has direct access to a private deck with your own private plunge pool and lounge chairs.
