Situated on 6900 square feet at the base of Silly Mountain, this phenomenal desert estate features magnificent views and offers six bedrooms, room enough for all of your friends and family! A true architectural gem, Casa Blanca resides in the stunning Gold Canyon region of Arizona, secluded and serene, yet close to plenty of activity and adventure.
Multiple architects collaborated together to make this estate one of the top homes of the Superstitions Mountain Range. The structure itself is lavishly contemporary, but factors in a southwest flair that fits the desert landscape. As you step into the home, you’re met with a soaring 25-foot ceiling that leads to the sunken main living area, holding the great room and two kitchens. The living room is perfect for gathering after a long day of exploring, featuring a huge 65-inch television and plenty of plush seating.
The main kitchen boasts a massive concrete island, featuring a large Honey Onyx lightbox that was imported from the mountains of southern Turkey. The open concept makes it easy to whip up delicious meals and take advantage of state of the art appliances. Built with a master chef in mind, you’ll love the side-by-side fridge and freezer, huge farmhouse copper sink, and built-in oven. The second kitchen also hosts the main dining table and offers its own dishwasher, fridge and copper sink. You own personal teppanyaki table is also available for your use! This 60-inch griddle with seating for eight is ready for your attempt at culinary genius.
On the main floor, you’ll find four of the six bedrooms, three of which feature en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, pass through the mezzanine and off to your right, you’ll see the fifth bedroom, offering a queen-sized bed and its own patio door. Continue down the hall and head through the double doors to find yourself in the lavish master bedroom. With 1400 square feet of luxury, the master features massive windows that take in spectacular views of the Superstitions. Spend some time on your private deck before heading to your king-sized bed to drift off to sleep. The master bath features a hammered copper tub with fantastic views of Dinosaur Mountain, and a dual travertine shower. The upstairs mezzanine television area features a grand patio deck, where you’ll enjoy 250-degree views of the stupendous mountain landscape.
Outside, an oasis awaits you! The backyard pool was designed by the best pool designer in all of the southwest – a 20,000-gallon play pool that’s truly something out of Vegas! There’s plenty of plush pool seating and lovely alfresco dining space and outdoor grill. Pair your phone with the outdoor sound system and fire up the barbecue for a poolside cookout! As the sun goes down at night, take in stunning sunset views and enjoy the backyards four gorgeous fire features and two putting greens.

We had a great time for our one week stay at Casa Blanca. The large size of the house (and fast internet) was perfect for our group of five adults as we all had plenty of room for zoom calls, classes, presentations, etc. It was the perfect place for a "working vacation" and the beautiful weather was so much nicer than the snowstorm we missed in the Northeast. We loved the pool and fire feature (well worth the extra cost) but the highlight for us was the Teppanyaki grill which we used all week- for all our meals! Really fun and so unique- especially with the foodies in our group. Mandy and David were terrific hosts and very helpful to get us set up with grocery stores and restaurant recommendations. Overall a fabulous experience and we hope to return or visit another one of their properties.”
Attention to Detail
Our stay at Casa Blanca was nothing short of perfection. Upon entering the home, you are immediately greeted by 25-foot high ceilings and views of the Superstition Mountain trails/Silly Mountain in the background... it's unbelievably breathtaking. In addition to the stunning views, Casa Blanca is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities - the Teppanyaki grill and outdoor fire features were a massive hit and provided great entertainment! When it comes to sleeping arrangements, you can't go wrong... All 6 bedrooms are wonderfully appointed, our group of 11 had plenty of room to spare! If you're looking for a memorable Southwest getaway, Casa Blanca has everything you could possibly need or want to make a great trip into an unforgettable one - it's truly an architectural masterpiece! Thank you so much for your hospitality, David!”
CASA BLANCA DELIGHT!
Our mini-escape to Arizona and Casa Blanca for two "full-week-stay couples" and some "drop-in" friends couldn't have been better! Casa Blanca is all that it is represented! Spacious rooms and soaring ceilings with plenty of over-sized windows and patio doors create light-filled yet embracing spaces. The home was well stocked. The outside living areas were comfortable with an abundant of fun activities to entertain one or many persons. David was very accommodating, immediately answering questions we had. And when we asked for a specific game and a couple of hairdryers, they were delivered within hours! Great Host and wonderful home! Whether you are looking for a getaway for one or 6 couples, friends and/or family, or a Corporate Retreat/Team Bonding experience, Casa Blanca should be your first choice!!”
Huge house with great outdoor facilities
David is a really great host - lots of information and really helpful on anything you need to know. The house is great - we were only 2 people so rattled a bit but a fantastic place for a group of 2 families with great outdoor facilities. Perfect event and function house. We loved the commercial Teppanyaki plate in the kitchen too - once experienced you cant live without. We used the location as a great base to explore Arizona. Its fairly central to get down to Tuscon and only about 45 minutes from Scottsdale too and we wanted to get to both so worked for us really well. Thanks David for a great stay”
