This property was located perfectly in the city right across the street from Central Park, convenient to many shops. Whole Foods is literally right across the street. The apt building is convenient with automatic door opener into the building in case you have groceries or luggage in your hands. The apartment was spacious well maintained and super clean, bedding and linens were great. Plenty of closet space for your personal clothing. ”

Great Location - Designer Bedding and Linens - Wonderful Owner

This condo is in a fantastic location right across from Central Park and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The owner was traveling out of the country but sent us all the necessary instructions in advance,, and also had a House Manager on call to answer our questions. The Front Desk staff was also helpful. and had the key for us on arrival. The building and hallways are older, but inside the unit has been updated and is nice. After traveling all day we really needed a good nights sleep, and especially appreciated the high quality bedding and designer linens. The bathrooms were uber small but adequate, and many extra items were graciously provided like slippers, robes, and even chocolates. The unit was well maintained and very clean. Our only complaint was that the bedrooms were a bit too cramped with extra storage furniture. Other than that everything was nice, and we would stay here again. ”

Perfect All The Way Around

My family decided to check off bucket list and head to the Macy's Day Thanksgiving Parade and found Jeanie's location to be beyond ideal! We walked outside at 6:30am to front row rail spot and not crowded! Her location is directly across street from Columbus Circle and Central Park entrance and walkable to so much! The apartment itself was lovely, comfortable and spacious for our family! Special touches to bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Very thankful for the opportunity to stay here!! Jeanie's Place is a home away from home in the heart of NYC

This comfortable and nicely furnished apartment with two ensuite bedrooms plus large living room and beautifully equipped kitchen with all you can think of if you wish to cook by yourself, it was simply our perfect "pied-a-terre" for our one week family stay this Summer! It felt so good to come home in the evening and relax after our long days out and about NYC. The communication with Jeanie and her assistant Maria was super smooth and the concierge service in the building a plus. An incredible privilege to stay just steps away from Central Park, Columbus Circle, the Subway and 15 min walking distance from MOMA and the Theatre district. The best way to experience NYC

Goodness, what an experience. I visit the city once or twice a year and this was one to remember. Eugenie is a joy to work with. Her apartment is I think perfect. If you're wanting to be near Central Park, this is where you want to be. Steps from the subway entrance at Columbus Circle which has a few major lines stop there. It's within walking distance to Times Square but far enough away that it's quiet. Central Park is right in front of you as you walk out of the building. The 20th floor has a roof top view of the park. Her apartment is tastefully decorated and has a full kitchen! One tip for bagels, Broad Nosh is good but usually has a long line. Pick a Bagel is a few blocks past with amazing bagels and a shorter wait. :)”

Fantastic Location and Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location at Columbus Circle can't be beat. We loved walking in the park every morning. The home was completely equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Lobby was clean and bright with courteous doormen. Laundry is in the basement of the building but very easy with newer machines. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!”
