Like our own owners, visiting THIRDHOME members pay daily housekeeping and gratuity fees directly to the Resort, as follows:
Effective January 1, 2024, Daily Usage fee for three (3) bedroom Owners, a $83.00 per night will be applied. Daily Gratuities of $50.00 will apply. Should occupancy exceed five (5) persons, an additional $10.00 per person, per day will be applied.
Housekeeping services will be scheduled accordingly during your visit.

Effective April 24, 2025, check-in and check-out will be saturday-Saturday.

We've stayed many times at the Reefs Club - we love it ! Sadly, this trip was hampered by windy weather making the ocean a bit rough with lots of seaweed...a couple of beautiful days followed ....very unusual - all in all, still a wonderful visit to a lovely island.”

This wonderful property was all that was promised and more! It is sited magnificently, the Reefs Club was wonderful, the amenities plentiful and 5 star. The condo itself was very large and user friendly, with more than enough room for 3 couples to enjoy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed all of our interactions with them. The Coconuts restaurant, which is in the hotel part of the complex, was a long walk and was just adequate at best. I only wish I had read the description completely regards daily charges, as the $700.00 bill we were handed checking out was a surprise, but that is my fault. Overall, a great stay!”
