Monterey Oasis

A beautiful completely remodeled home conveniently located close to everything the Peninsula has to offer in Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. We were walking distance to Del Monte mall and all its restaurants as well as a Whole Foods store. The natural surroundings and many plantings in the large backyard were relaxing and wonderful to look at each day of our stay. The appointments were first rate: a large completely stocked kitchen; very comfortable beds in each bedroom; and spa like bathrooms. Our stay was magical and the owners were great communicators with wonderful recommendations; we highly recommend this property.”

Lovely Monterey home.

We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s Monterey home. It is a spacious abode in a quiet residential area. The back garden is huge and contains a barbecue area and lots of seating to dine outside as well as a bocce ball court. Terry offered us free passes to the Monterey Bay aquarium, but since we have been there many times before we declined and instead enjoyed the 17 mile drive in Pebble Beach and visited Carmel. Terry‘s home is in a fantastic location to do all of these activities. Terry was a wonderful hostess with lots of helpful ideas and always prompt responses to our questions I would recommend this home highly to anyone wanting to spend time in the Monterey, Carmel, or Pebble Beach area Thank you, Terry for being part of Third Home😊”

Warm, inviting and wonderful

We had a lovely time at Point B. The house was homey and charming, the garden incredible with a full dining room out under a gazebo and bocci court. The house is conveniently located. The primary en suite is large and bright, the king en suite is compact and queen bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall. Great kitchen. The Hosts were fantastic.”

Wonderful gardens!

Our family really enjoyed our time at Point B, a well loved and beautifully maintained property. In addition to a fully renovated house, the yard is a unique wonderland full of beautiful flowers, a lighted and heated dining gazebo and grill, hot tub, fire pit, and the biggest hit- an amazing bocce ball court. The hosts were very gracious as well.”

Beautiful Sanctuary

The house has everything and more. Bocce ball, hot tub, gorgeous covered outdoor dining, grill, etc as well as outdoor heaters and extra blankets so we had 2 dining rooms. The spacious house is located in a quiet area but only a 6 minute walk to Del Monte Shopping Center and a short drive or bike ride to downtown Monterrey. The landscaping is mature and lovingly taken care of. Best of all is the kitchen. We had a gourmet chef with us and he very much enjoyed finding and using many of the appliances, etc to make fantastic dinners. Hope to make a return visit.”

Great place!

We throughly enjoy this lovely home. It had everything including games for our family which includes adult kids. Minutes to sooo many great restaurants including Pebble Beach. The landscapping in front and back yards were exceptional. We highly recommend this property! It was perfect!”

Beautiful home, great location.

We enjoyed our stay, March 2023. Home is spacious, well furnished, and well decorated and thought out. The backyard area is big, with several sections, seating areas, and of course Bocce ball. Owner was helpful and responsive. Also, the location is tremendous, close to Fisherman's Wharf, 17 Mile drive, Pt Lobo, and a very short walk to a mall.”
