You can enjoy 40 acres of this beautiful property surrounded by the redwood forest, steam & spring fed ponds, and Big River. This solar powered venue offers uncommon ambiance, tranquility and unspoiled beauty. Our natural setting, host to myriad wildlife, birds, and stargazing. It's not unusual to see a duck or two on our Lake-pond, and even the occasional heron or band of river otters.
Ukiah is home to the nation’s first organic winery, first carbon-neutral winery, greenest winery, and is centrally located to over 30 tasting rooms. Experience wine from America’s Greenest Wine Region in casual, intimate settings. Most tastings are free and you’ll rarely have to wait. And, most likely, you’ll meet the winery owners and winemakers in person.
The Ukiah Valley is home to two breweries, the Mendocino Brewing Company and the Ukiah Brewing Company. - Montgomery Woods State Natural Reserve – This redwood forest has an hour long, three mile trail, which follows Montgomery Creek upstream to five separate Redwood groves. Tables are provided for picnics.
