The Fox's Refuge estate is a beautifully restored and decorated 7,000 square foot historic log home, circa 1904, nestled on 5 acres of private lakefront on Lake Superieur, near Tremblant. As you approach the private gated driveway, you will be greeted with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding Laurentian Mountains!
In the winter, wake up to a beautiful view of the lake and snowcapped mountains before heading out to ski. Then have a swim in the beautiful indoor pool or snow shoe on the lake and warm up by the cozy log fire place. In the summer, paddleboard, kayak, play tennis, swim, cycle, and BBQ with friends and family. Golfers have extensive choices of courses. The adventurous can zip wire, go-cart, fly fish, climb, and hike or ride the rapids all within close proximity to the house.
Just a short five minute is the Northside Tremblant ski resort. The Tremblant Provincial Park, excellent for year-round outdoor fun, is only a ten-minute drive. The Tremblant area is also known for its amazing restaurants and bars so make sure to try a few during your stay.
The Fox’s Refuge truly has it all! From the bright, cheery yellow Adirondack chairs that will beacon you for a night on the front porch to the indoor pool to the tennis courts to the warm spots by the fire, you may not want to ever leave this home away from home! This home is filled with to the brim with fun activities for the whole group. A game of pool and air hockey is sure to please in the game room! How about a friendly tennis match on the private courts? Anyone up for an indoor swim? Grab a kayak or stand up paddleboard and push off directly into the lake (with direct access from the property). Enjoy drinks gathered around the cozy, warm outdoor fire pit. Or simply sit on the back porch and take in the breathtaking views!
The interior has a cozy cabin feel with stylish, unique design touches throughout. Sink into one of the comfortable, plush sofas, while enjoying a warm fire in the stone fireplace for a family game night in the living room. The vintage kitchen is colourful and large. The chef in the family will love to whip up a quick dish or more elaborate meal on the professional gas range.
With six bedrooms, this home has plenty of space for the whole group to spread out and get comfortable. One bedroom offers a king-size bed, three bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, a room with 3 twin beds and other with 2 twin beds, plus a crib is also available.
The Fox’s Refuge, a destination in and of itself, is a must-see! In addition to all that this lovely home has to offer, this area is also filled with a plethora of fun activities for everyone!
