Welcome to your next home away from home, Lakeside Cottage. Located on Beautiful Lake Nottely. and overlooking the best part of the lake, you will be stunned by the amazing mountain views! Lakeside Cottage is impeccably decorated and includes all the watersport fun you will need for a lakehouse retreat!

As you enter Lakeside Cottage, you will be amazed by the great room. With dark hardwood floors, immaculate high wooden rafters, and large windows boasting some amazing lake views, you will relax and appreciate all the luxury surrounding you! Take a seat and enjoy the views on any of the chairs or comfortable couches. On a colder night, light a fire in the two-story stone fireplace, or catch a show on the flatscreen TV.

The kitchen is located behind the seating area, which is perfect for Sunday football games, or if someone needs a mid-movie snack. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, two ovens, chic marble countertops, and a center island with extra seating. You can also take the meal outside at the dining table on the deck.

The dining room flows out of the kitchen and seats ten. It is perfect for more formal meals, or if everyone just wants to be together. With views of the neighborhood and the same inviting decor, you will have a nice relaxing meal as a family.

The main floor also has a king bedroom with an adjoining bath that also serves as the hall bath. There is also a laundry room on the main floor.

One the lower level, you will find another kitchen area with a sink and an additional refrigerator. There are four bedrooms on the lower level. One is a king bedroom and 2 are queen. We also have a bunk room that sleeps 6. The 4 bedrooms share two bathrooms, also located on the lower level. Each bedroom has its own TV, except for the bunk room. There is also a TV in the lower level family room.

From there, you can go to the lower level deck. There is a hot tub, and an outside ping pong table. The upper deck has ample patio furniture, another flatscreen TV, and a fireplace which is perfect when you want to cozy up after a day on the lake!

***The boat does require a separate agreement. It is available from early April to mid-October.
