The Riva Suite was a fantastic vacation for us. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the front desk people to housekeeping. It is a giant 3 bedroom place with a huge living area that has a beautiful fireplace and a beautiful view of the river running behind. You can walk to anything in Vail Village and ride a free bus to surrounding areas such as Lionshead. We had never been to the mountains in the summer, only for winter ski and snowboard trips. The locals always say we came for the winter and stayed for the summer. This is so true. My wife and I hiked, whitewater rafted, mountain biked and ate some incredible meals. I recommend Sweet Basil and its sister restaurant Modern Standard. Another adventure we did was rent a "Slingshot" (think sporty, three wheeled convertible but different; Google it). We drove the Slingshot to Independence Pass through curvy mountains roads. At the Pass there is a spot to get out and walk around. All we could say was incredible. Mountain views, wind in our hair and snow at the top. Stop in Leadville for lunch on the way! 5 Stars all the way!! I almost forgot the Spa. Steam and dry saunas, yoga, rock climbing, exercise classes, TRX training, weights; name it, The Spa has it. Book this place. You will love it. ”

Extraordinary Property in the Heart of Vail

We absolutely love Vail, and have stayed at many properties throughout the village, but this three bedroom condo is truly breathtaking. The living room has panoramic views of the core Creek and even with a ski pass and fresh snow it was difficult to peel ourselves away from the fabulous view in the living room! The gym is spectacular downstairs, and they offer some of the best fitness classes I've ever attended. The staff is excellent, the complementary breakfast is delicious and their 5 to 6 happy hour has some really great wine and food selections. I certainly will keep this property on my list for a return stay!”
