Upon entering the house on the upper level, you will find the living room with tons of comfortable seating for the whole family. Enjoy the plush couches as you take in the view from the outdoor oasis and feel the calming breeze come into the space.
The chef’s kitchen with professional grade appliances, is adjacent to the living room. The room is surrounded by stunning dark wood cabinetry and pristine granite countertops. Step outside onto the outdoor patio to find a stunning view while you’re cooking in the outdoor kitchen.

There is ample seating around the indoor kitchen and outside as well. If you prefer a more formal dining experience, there is also a dining room. This room is surrounded by palm trees on the outside, and marble pillars and chic tiling on the inside. It’s the perfect setting for a larger meal with friends and family.

As you make your way downstairs, you will find the cozy family room that opens up to the patio and pool area. Enjoy the comfortable leather sectional, or bar seating as you sip on a tropical drink. Make your way outside to the perfect tropical oasis on the patio and pool.

This floor also has three full bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite for added luxury and comfort. All of the rooms have sitting areas and are equipped with Nespresso machines for the perfect morning pick-me-up.

The master retreat is the perfect oasis to escape to after a long day outside. This room boasts stunning views from the sliding glass doors that overlook the ocean for miles. Enjoy the balcony from here or inside in the wicker seating area. The master also has a spa-like bathroom that includes a walk-in double shower and a two person Jacuzzi tub. A workout room can also be found on the first floor.

Step outside and you will feel like you are at a luxury resort not a private home. The huge pool deck is complete with a Jacuzzi, fire pit, and multiple lounging and seating areas. Enjoy lounging in the sun, or sitting in the shade. You will also have access to an outdoor grill that will be perfect for dinners enjoyed on the patio.

When you’re looking for something to do other than lounge on the beach, San Jose, is approximately a 20 minute drive away. The area is also filled with countless gourmet restaurants with fresh delicious food, historical sights and museums, and natural wonders, like the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. Cabo Casa Andrea provides not only convenience, but privacy, luxury, and a sense of home after a long day experiencing new adventures.
