With a 'step free' ground floor, guests can enjoy the freedom of movement, including unhindered access out onto the pool deck. The expansive main living area has a large flat screen TV, beautiful white and ocean blue tones throughout, and contemporary over-sized furnishings, perfect for the whole family. Everyone will love to gather around the TV after a long day at the theme parks.

The modern kitchen is perfect for large parties and those who wish to make a meal at home for everyone. The space is filled with bright tiles, lavish granite countertops. sleek white cabinets, and charcoal accents throughout. Everyone can gather around the long center island and grab a bar seat to enjoy a drink or help prepare the meal. Those cooking will appreciate the state of the art stainless steel appliances like the refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and glassware you need will be provided.

When the meal is ready, everyone can gather around the dining table that seats 16 guests! Conversation will easily flow in this open-concept space that flows out of the kitchen and living room. Surely, mealtime will be the perfect time to enjoy one another's company after a memorable day.

When everyone has grown tired from all of the excitement from the day, you will all enjoy retiring to the perfectly decorated and themed bedrooms. The master suite is on the ground floor, and boasts a king-size, remote controlled adjustable bed for comfort and ease of movement. The room includes a private entrance to the backyard pool deck through sliding glass doors.

All considerations have been made in this room including a bed to bathroom hoist and trackway to en-suite master bathroom. The shower is step free, and the entire room is spacious providing easy access to everything, including the double vanity.

Another ground floor bedroom has two full size bed with an accent chair for lounging. For the guest's convenience, there is also a downstairs laundry room. When you are ready to make your way upstairs, enjoy the themed elevator, that may remind you of your favorite Disney ride.

Upstairs, you will find another master suite with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the bright neutral tones of the room, flat-screen TV, or relaxing in the accent chair. The bathroom has a spacious shower, tub, and twin vanities.

The kids will adore the themed bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds or 6 Twin sized beds with slides! The en-suite includes a shower, tub, twin vanities.

There are two other King sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers and vanities. Each bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen TV, cable, and WiFi.

When the fun isn't over, enjoy the themed home theater. There are 8 plush leather recliners, basketball shooting game, and skeeball. After a long day, enjoy a Disney classic together or family favorite!

When you're not ready to chillout just yet, there is a Galactic themed upper floor loft area that has 3 large flat-screen TVs with a PS4 video game console, pool table, comfortable sectional, and a 2 seat high top table.

During the day, relax on the patio at the zero entry pool and spa (optional heating). There is a slide for more fun in the water. Everyone can enjoy a day at the pool with the pool hoist! After you've had enough time in the pool, relax in one of 12 sun loungers, outdoor sofa, and patio chairs. . For some shade, enjoy 2 outdoor lounge beds. There are also kids' lounge chairs, a kid's playset, Foosball, ping pong table, corn hole, large connect four. This backyard oasis is a dream come true for those who just can't get enough fun and relaxation!
