Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed this location and the tasteful decor, and would highly recommend it. We were able to walk to just about everything, and the apartment has great natural lighting and was very comfortable. Just a few things to know... while there was an elevator, it is very tiny and old, so we felt more comfortable climbing the many stairs each day. The unit is also small and better suited for a couple. We had 3 people staying, and while bathrooms were more than adequate, we had difficulties with the trundle bed. They did come to fix it, but by then, we elected not to hassle with it and have one just sleep on the sofa. The management company was very responsive each time we contacted them, although the fee seems a bit high for what is provided. What we found most odd is that they do not offer any recommendations for restaurants or places to visit before arrival, you have to wait until you arrive to find a booklet, which seemed most inconvenient and too late when trying to make advance plans. That being said, we would still stay here again and appreciate the experience and opportunity. ”

Amazing location and apartment

This was a real highlight of our trip to be able to relax in a spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris for 6 nights. We were welcomed by Libby who was bubbly and friendly. Communication was responsive leading up to our visit as well although we didn’t know who we were talking to via email. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable with open plan living and dining with full kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable also. Tasteful decor (white interior) and small balcony overlooking the street where was sat out to enjoy the atmosphere. We didn’t mind paying the additional charge as a management fee due to the location, with the Eiffel Tower only a short walk away, cafes and Patisserie‘s at your doorstep, it was truly a very enjoyable stay. Perfect!

We had a lovely time at this ThirdHome property. A property manager met us at the door and answered any questions we might have had. The apartment is a little gem. We loved the decor and use of space. The location is great for accessing public transportation and has easy access to grocery, wine, cheese, bakery and coffee within steps from the front door. We hope to stay there again !!”

The Perfect Pied-à-terre in the 7th!

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment that is 5 stars on location, cleanliness, and charm! We walked in and were immediately smitten. It has 2 bathrooms, lovely master, easy fold out trundle couch, sparkling white kitchen with all you need to cook or heat up and great wifi, smart tv etc. We cannot wait to go back! The apartment is across the street from the Eiffel Tower and the block hosts all you need to eat or cook with a butcher, baker, cheese/wine shops and lovely restaurants! Merci!”

Fabulous week in Paris

The Conti was a wonderful Parisian apartment in a great neighborhood location which felt like living there. A modernized home in a typical building for the area surrounded by shops and dining. Loved it!”

Lovely but not a good value

The apartment was lovely, quiet and had everything we needed, although the location is a 10+ minute walk to the nearest metro station which was a bummer, and it is much smaller in person than it looks in the photos (to be expected in Paris though). The major disappointment was that it was definitely not worth the keys + fees. Stays are limited to 6 nights, we stayed August 4-10 for 8 keys, $1195 booking fee and €498 “key” fee. The value was listed as $10k so I thought it was fair. Upon searching Paris Perfect’s site (AFTER I booked), I found that similar apartments for the same dates/same size with better views/locations were listed for less than $400/night. I convinced myself that there must be some reason this one was worth 4x more but upon arriving I realized it was likely comparable to the ones I saw available for rent. So I’m not sure how they came up with a $10k value. Perhaps that number is true for a different time of year, but not August. I also contacted Paris Perfect well in advance to get more information per the recommendation of a prior guest and it was like pulling teeth to get the full information package. I didn’t actually receive everything I asked for until about a week before the trip. From now on I will do more research prior to booking. Lesson learned!”

Beautiful apartment.

This apartment is just great and beautifully appointed. I can't give it 5 stars because the entrance downstairs is a disaster! I know they are working on some apartments, but surely they could improve the entrance to this building. Just cleaning it would help. The apartment itself was wonderful. Beautifully done and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great. Paris perfect gave great recommendations for everything. I would recommend making dinner reservations before leaving home for the the restaurants you want as we were not able to book some that we would have loved. All in all, it was a great experience and I can highly recommend. Paris Perfect does a great job and this was a great apartment to have a Parisian neighborhood experience. ”
