This charming Paris studio/junior one bedroom is situated in the heart of the exclusive 7th arrondissement on Paris’ Left Bank. Enjoy strolling along beautiful streets to three famous open-air markets nearby, including the famous rue Cler only a block away. Walk/run or cycle along the romantic Seine River and the new pedestrian riverbank, and you’re within walking distance to the major museums and exhibitions – it’s all within easy reach.

Gourmands will love shopping along the famous rue Cler for the freshest ingredients for home-cooked meals. This neighborhood is an extremely popular spot with locals for its cafés and restaurants.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a classic Haussmann-style building, with large French doors and a small balconette overlooking panoramic views of Paris and the Grande Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower.

Located in a true Parisian neighborhood, find numerous fashion stores, bistros, the freshest food markets, fromageries, wine shops, cafés – and the best, most affordable dining spots that all the locals go to.

The sign of a true Parisian quartier is how many pastry shops and boulangeries are located within one square mile – and the answer in the 7th is more than you can count. It means real Parisian families live here, shop here (and keep the prices down). You’ll love exploring the many choices of shops, restaurants and trateurs deciding where to buy your daily baguette; sitting down to a glass of wine and cheese from the best cheese shop in Paris; and watching the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower.

As soon as you step into this charming apartment, you'll see why we call it our petit bijoux, or little gem. Exuding Parisian charm, it combines antique decorative touches with modern comfort, including central Air Conditioning. The Crémant features a spacious open-plan living area, with a charming French kitchen that surrounds an 18th C fireplace and dining table for four. The large antique chandelier above the table is reflected in the large antique mirror above the fireplace.

In the living area, find a long designer sofa from Italy that converts to a comfortable bed if needed, an antique French dresser, and all-around comfort.

The separate sleeping area has a comfortable extra-wide queen bed that can be separated from the living room with a heavy silky curtain, double-lined to block the light. A beautiful oval-shaped antique mirror sits above the bed, reflecting the second large crystal chandelier above. Best of all, peek outside the large living room French windows to see the Eiffel Tower soaring above the classic Parisian rooftops and the tree-lined street below. You will never tire of this special view!
