The detached garage offers an additional bunk room, full Bathroom, loft, living room, kitchenette, and garage with games.

Pulling up to the front of the house you will be greeted by plenty of lovely tropical flora and a beautiful view into the backyard oasis. The home welcomes you inside with its elegant brick structure and gorgeous hardwood floors. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by a huge living space with a wall of windows that open right into the lanai to make you feel like you’re still in the tropical paradise that is the backyard.

Inside the main house offers a large gourmet kitchen fit for any chef. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample counter space for preparing large family meals! The open floor plan also gives you a clear sight into the living room which stands a large flat-screen tv and plenty of seating for relaxing! The back lanai is fully screened in and overlooks the pool area as well as the bay. Two tables as well as additional seating is offered in this area which gives the perfect location for morning brunches or sunset dinners.

You can also follow a path leading from the pool deck towards the bay and walk out onto the private dock where you can look out for some of the amazing wildlife or fish for some of the fish here in the bay.

The property location is only minutes from the white sands and blue waters of Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and many more. Easy walking distance to the Holmes Beach Causeway, grocery stores, and public transportation. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards, or put your boat in the water on one of the Causeway boat ramps and anchor it at the private dock. * Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
