Wonderful hospitality in a comfortable, conveniently located home

This apartment is right in the heart of Casco Viejo and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The apartment is the uppermost level of residences in the building and the wrap-around balcony is great for watching all the activity below. Inside, the apartment was meticulously clean such that even when walking around on the tile floors with bare feet, we picked up no dirt or debris on the bottoms of our feet. It is wonderfully laid out with the master suite on the main floor and another king bed with ensuite in the loft area. There is split HVAC units throughout giving precise control to the temperature in each area. Access to the building and unit was easily done through electronic access controls. The owner, Raul, was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the area and would love to stay there again. ”

We loved everything about this apartment in casco viejo! The location could not have been better. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the two king sized beds along with two large bathrooms. The balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Also loved the rooftop pool and deck! ”

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. From the doorman to the rooftop pool area to the elevator, to the superb walkable location, this place has it all. My husband and I are slightly picky because we expect the same level of property as our own. This apartment did not disappoint. Our hosts were wonderful as well. There is no parking but you don’t need a car unless you plan to travel. We would definitely stay here again!”

Top quality, recently renovated historic building with the Casco Viejo neighborhood at your doorstep. Top floor, 2 level condo with easy access to the incredible roof deck with a plunge pool and 360 degree views of the ocean and skyline. There are fantastic bars, restaurants and hundreds of years of history right there for you to explore. Raul was a fantastic host and the condo is flawless. This was our first trip to Panama and will be back!”

Special Place!

This comfortable, roomy, and well-appointed apartment was the ideal home base for exploring Panama City. Located in the colonial part of the city, it afforded modern conveniences amidst old churches and museums. The kitchen is well-equipped and the washer/dryer were a nice bonus. The ability to move around Casco Viejo easily and come back to an air-conditioned, relaxing space made our trip so much more enjoyable. Don't miss the rooftop deck with it's panoramic views! It's a special place to watch the sunset. Our host was immediately available by text, gracious and helpful. His notes on things to do and places to eat or grab a coffee were our guide for the week. This property is the perfect fit for a home-base from which to explore the amazing Panama City. Exceptionally located in one of the best residential buildings in the city’s most desirable neighborhood of Casco Viejo, this condo is beautifully appointed with new, modern features and conveniences. The urban loft-style layout and décor of the interior make for wonderful contrast to the charming colonial style exterior. From the living room of the condo loft, you can take in an amazing view of the sprawling Panama City skyline, as well as the small sandy embankment on the shore of Casco Viejo adjacent to the Presidential Palace. One level above the condo you will find a fantastic roof-top terrace where we enjoyed most afternoons and evenings during our stay, taking in the dramatic 360-degree views of the Panama City skyline, the roofs and church steeples of the Old Town, ships waiting in the Gulf, the Amador Causeway and the Bridge of the Americas itself. It is surely one of the best roof-tops in all of Casco Viejo and made for a fabulous extra amenity to the property. Our host made us feel very at-home and the staff in the building was very kind and attentive. We were delighted to find a very sweet welcome care-package upon our arrival, and an associate of the owner was on site to escort us to the unit. He not only showed us the “ins and outs” of the property itself, but was also a wealth of information on things to do in the area: spot-on restaurant recommendations, contacts for local guides and insight on living in Casco Viejo, etc. We felt like lucky locals as soon as we settled in. We could not have found a better place to stay during our visit to Panama City’s Casco Viejo, and cannot wait to return soon! ”
