Interior furnishings include two fully equipped gourmet kitchens with Thermador appliances and custom cabinetry, separate dining and living rooms (on each floor), two fireplaces, multiple decks (with lake and meadow views), 7 flat-screen TVs, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in showers and high-end marble, glass and wood finishes throughout the residence.

The property also includes gated security, underground parking, an elevator that opens directly into the residence and additional secured storage for your beach and mountain equipment.

With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeper sofas in each of the upstairs and downstairs living areas, the residence can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The property also has a private 160-foot pier with boat rental options and use of paddle-boards, kayaks and other water sports equipment from the private beach. Guest usage fees for some of the beach club facilities and equipment may apply.
