This unique beachfront cottage-style home is wonderfully located on the beautiful west coast of Nevis and provides the perfect location for a family vacation, or a roomy getaway for your small group. The property sleeps up to 12 people in the main house and two guest cottages, located on a private one-acre property with waves lapping at the shore and views you'll not soon forget.

There are 3.5 bedrooms in the main house including 2 master suites (1 king in first bedroom with en suite spacious bathroom, second bedroom with 1 king, and third bedroom with twin beds plus a daybed in adjoining room) along with 2 on-site guest cottages (1 queen bed in first and 2 full beds in second, each with its own bathroom). Dine on the large screened in porch and take advantage of unparalleled views, or outside by the pool. Make sure to frequent the stone patio with large dining table overlooking the sea for great views anytime, but especially at dawn and sunset. The property enjoys renovated bathrooms and overhead fans throughout and A/C in the master bedroom. A/C is certainly a luxury here and the consistent climate and breeze coming off the ocean is easily livable without. Additionally, you'll find a full kitchen with everything you'll need to keep your group wined and dined, laundry facilities in separate storage cottage, and 3 days of housekeeping included during your stay.

The house includes a private pool, BBQ grill, sea kayak, ping pong table, hammock, and of course, the incredible beachfront location. Located near restaurants and other watersports and less than 15 minutes from the Four Seasons hotel with tennis, spa, and a renowned Robert Trent Jones golf course.

While on property, you'll have access to the House Manager who will meet you upon arrival, arrange rentals, transportation and any government required Covid testing, as well as other concierge services. Be sure to take advantage as she has a wealth of knowledge and can surely book you on some incredible island excursions and at wonderful local restaurants!
