Quintess Collection — Villa Essencia

The villa’s four bedrooms can accommodate groups of ten on holiday together—or can be reserved for one couple on a honeymoon away from it all. There are two bedrooms with king beds and lounge areas, and one bedroom with two queen beds. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and ocean views. The fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom.

Guests of Villa Essencia are welcome to use the beach club and gym at Reserva Conchal, one of the premier beach and golf resorts in the Guanacaste area, and can use the spa and golf course at extra cost. It’s a short drive to local-favorite Playa Brasilito and the quiet, palm-fringed Playa Conchal, as well as the incredible turtle nesting sites at Las Baulas National Marine Park.

Villa Essencia is equipped with two private parking spots, private infinity pool, al-fresco dining area perfect for afternoon bbq’s, loungers and a hammock with a spectacular view overlooking the golf course and ocean.

Designer Ann Du, a transplant from California to Costa Rica, gave the interiors of Villa Essencia a bright, sophisticated look that’s still comfortable and inviting. Pale blue walls and an open layout connect the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
