Situated on 40-acres at Plateau Mountain in Hunter, this luxury home provides an amazing home-base for that awaits you to experience. The interior living spaces are exquisitely designed with modern-mountain decor and an ideal layout, starting with the entry foyer that greets you with bench seating and hooks to hang your outerwear upon. Flow into the expansive living room with its high vaulted ceilings and picture-perfect large windows and glass French double-doors; lounge upon plush U-shaped sectional sofa allowing ample gathering and relaxing space with family and friends. Additional seating is provided with a variety of wooden and leather chairs, along with large floor lounging pillows for lazing evenings by the beautiful stone fireplace hearth. Directly across the living room, one will find the fully equipped stylish kitchen with its marble floors and all you need to play chef. Beside the kitchen, gather at meal times at the wooden hand-crafted table that can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The large deck attached to the living and dining rooms features gorgeous views all around; relax in one of the egg chairs or the other lounge furniture to stargaze and admire sunsets, while gathering around the gas fireplace table. Enjoy a cook-out on the gas grill and escape from it all with a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail while sharing stories of your daily adventures.

Within its first floor, the residence offers one King-size Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and separate powder room. Walk up to the second floor to find a small nook with a galaxy-theme wallpaper, perfect for little ones to snuggle up and read books or play make-believe games. On the top of the stairs, a sectional sofa is the perfect place to perch while watching your favorite movies on the massive 100-inches projector-screen. The Roku system is connected to Netflix and Hulu, so that you can also enjoy your own online streaming devices and channels. In this upper realm of the residence, there is also a children's bedroom offering double twin-bed bunds to sleep eight, making it perfect for slumber parties. Sliding barn doors lead to a bonus room with a Queen sofa-bed sleeper and a lovely balcony, along with a full bathroom with large bathtub. This room can be left open as desired for guests to enjoy and gather in the common lounge-space and have easy access to the bathroom. Also on this level is another bedroom that offers a King Bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and small desk workspace; in addition, the lovely large Master Bedroom provides a King bed, large desk, rocking chair and balcony for enjoying private sunset and sunrise views. The light-filled en-suite bathroom is romantic with its large open shower and free-standing soaking tub with direct views to the natural landscape outside. High-speed WiFi internet is available throughout the property for the convenience of working and entertainment with laptops, iPhones, iPads, and all other tech-toys. The home also provides a laundry room with two washing machine-dryer combinations, along with a utility sink.

Wander outside to enjoy the perfectly manicured yard and wooden deck with lounge chairs, and unwind in the home's unique stand-alone barrel sauna and hot tub for up to six people, along with a miniature play-set for the little ones. The attached garage has ample room for one car and parking for up to five additional cars in the driveway. Please note the drive to the property is steep and during the winter season, all-wheel drive is required. During the other seasons, any 2-4WD car is fine.

Other things to note: During these challenging times, we take extra precaution during the cleaning process, including but not limited to airing out the house, spacing stays, and disinfecting commonly touched surfaces. Due to the hot tub and sauna available to guests, a limited liability waiver along with a written acknowledgment of the house rules and instructions will be required by the owner.
