Step inside this large 1,600 square foot community condo residence with unobstructed ocean views and with only a short walk to access the ocean and begin to unwind from it all. The residence is located on the 3rd floor via the provided elevator. The Family Room offers a beach-chic seating area along with cable TV and WiFi; while the Kitchen is nicely stocked to prepare quick meals or snacks; the Dining area offers seating for up to eight at the kitchen table and four at the kitchen's bar. Enjoy gathering with family and friends on the large wooden deck that overlooks the ocean (and often you will see sea turtles), with wrought-iron cushioned chairs, lounge-recliners and table - dine al fresco or enjoy morning coffee and sunset cocktails.

The four bedrooms consist of a Master Suite with a King Bed, a private bath with double vanity sinks and a whirlpool tub-in shower. One of the three guest rooms offer one Queen Bed with a mini-fridge and microwave, along with a private bath; each of the other two bedrooms offers guests two beds, one Queen and one Double and each has their own private baths. Each bedroom also has its own TV with cable access and ceiling fans as needed along with the comfort of air-conditioning and heating. The setup is simply perfect for allowing maximum privacy and more than ample room to spread out.

For convenience, the residence provides an in-home laundry room with full washer and dryer. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Guests also can enjoy access to the community amenities of an oceanfront pool with hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis courts and a tiki bar with a full restaurant.
