The high-class kitchen features natural stone countertops as well as a stainless steel island and updated appliances.
An industrial-chic light fixture hangs above the dining table that offers comfortable seating for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home includes two bedrooms that sleep six total.
Retreat to the master bedroom, outfitted with a king bed dressed in white hotel-grade linens, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the second bathroom features a marble double vanity and shower/tub combination.
Take a 10-minute walk to a private lakeside beach and soak up some feel-good vitamin D, or gather around the fire pit in the shared courtyard to keep warm. Guests can also whip up favorite dishes on the communal propane grill.
Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two cars. Guests also share a communal hot tub (in the central courtyard, approximately 100 feet away) with four other units.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Hit the slopes for a fun-filled day at Heavenly -- the gondola is just 3 blocks away! In the summer months, visit the driving range at Bijou Golf Course, a quick 5-minute drive. Or check out Zephyr Cove for watersport rentals and horseback riding, then explore a plethora of casinos by night.
Walk 5 minutes to Lake Tahoe Blvd and sample a flight of local microbrews and pub fare at Stateline Brewery, or gather at Base Camp’s fire pit for pizza and nightly live music.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If there is a hot tub, no use after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
