INSIDE THE HOUSE
Park up to 6 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage. When you enter, turn right into the sitting room. Hardwood floors line this level, and gorgeous furnishings and accents highlight the work of a top-notch interior designer.
The sitting room is furnished with 2 love seats, 2 plush purple chairs, and ornate pillows and rugs.
Straight ahead is the dining room, where 6 can sit at a hardwood table below a stunning chandelier.
To the left is the huge kitchen, lined with granite counters and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: a double oven, gas range, dishwasher, double door fridge, and a double bay sink. Find plenty of cookbooks by the 4-person breakfast bar. Another dining area seating 6 is adjacent.
The 2nd living room through the kitchen features seating for 5 on 2 leather couches, a 55” TV, and a gas fireplace. Outside, the wraparound balcony offers plenty of outdoor seating, a grill, and incredible mountain views.
Down the hall is a guest bathroom with a private shower and toilet area. A bedroom next door has a twin XL-over-queen bunk set, with windows looking out over the mountains. All 6 bedrooms boast new pillow-top mattresses and high-quality bedding.
Take the stairs to the lower level and be greeted by a pool table, a Ping-Pong table, and a card table for 4. A leather sitting area includes plenty of room for guests plus a pull-out couch, and a 70” flat-screen with Netflix, Blu-ray, and XBOX Kinect.
A bedroom on this lower level has a king-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Step out to the lower patio to kick back in a hammock and 7-person hot tub, or around a cozy fire pit.
The rest of the bedrooms and laundry facilities are located on the top floor.
The magnificent master bedroom has a king-size bed, chaise lounge, and a 50” flat-screen. The wraparound gas fireplace leads into the en-suite bath, with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and 2 separate vanities with sinks. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.
Another sitting area on this level has a 40” TV and gas fireplace. The bedrooms here include one with a queen-size bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo, another with a full-over-full bunk and a full en-suite bath, and a third with a full-over-full bunk set.
This home is also convenient to Snowbird, Alta, and Brighton. Enjoy the close proximity of the Quarry Village grocery store and movies, shopping, and restaurants at Kimball Junction.

Not what we expected
The home was large and spacious with plenty of room for guests. The hot tub and grill were both brand new. The location of the house makes it convenient for grocery shopping and travel to several different mountains in the region. The positives end there. The house was pretty dated and required a facelift to really make it enjoyable. It was missing modern amenities like functioning Wi-Fi and speakers for music. The kitchen was pretty unorganized and felt like the owner hadn’t been there in a while. The house was not cleaned to Covid standards, dirty fridge, unwashed bedding, bath mats, etc. You could only speak to the property management company via text so when we reported a sewage smell permeating the house, they sent out a home care team to diagnose the problem (not fix it) which was no electricity running to the sump pump. It ultimately took 5 full days of living in a house that smelled like sewage (and 1000’s of texts) before it was resolved by the handyman dropping off an extension cord that we had to plug in. The homeowner refused to fix the issue and use the management company’s electrician. Thankfully Thirdhome came through and were able to move us into a beautiful home in Deer Valley for the 2nd week of our vacation. ”
