Amazing House and Position on the Central Coast

We loved our stay at Cobbo's Beach House! it was hard to take advantage of all the amenities in just one week, but we did our best. We were a group of 10 who travel together each year, either in Italy or US and this we the California year. The owner, Jay, made everything very easy and was attentive to any requests in minutes. Highly recommend.”

Perhaps the most amazing property overall I have ever experienced!

Cobbo's Beach house is in a charming beach town and the owner has thought of EVERYTHING, down to smallest detail, in order to give guests the ultimate experience. It is so vast and varied that our group purposefully planned an evening of appetizers (and drinks) in 4 different areas of the house just to be sure we enjoyed all the house had to offer. Between the tasting room and all of the outside decks, it was such a fun night. Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo are charming, as is nearby Paso Robles wine country, but truthfully we could have never left the house and been perfectly contented with all it has to offer. I can't wait to return! ”

Nice big house a few steps from the pretty Avila beach center and beach

We had a family reunion at Cobbo beach house and it was just perfect for our four couples plus two kids (and a Nany :)). Everyone was able to have some privacy, and at the same time the house was the right setting for many family activities. The house is VERY well appointed, and Jay has been the most helpful guest ever.”

No detail was overlooked when planning this home! Gorgeous furnishings, comfortable beds, games galore! Everything in Avila Beach is in walking distance, but the golf cart was just another added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again!”

Exceptional House and Host

It is a beautiful home situated in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. The house is very bright and has every imaginable amenity---and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for creating great meals. Jay is a pleasure to work with and is a great host--- he is very responsive to any inquiry and provided detailed information as well as helpful recommendations. It was a very memorable stay and a great overall experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in a very laid back town. ”

Memorable Stay!

We had a fantastic time at Cobbo's Beach House at Avila Beach. The house was amazing very modern with an impressive layout. We were welcomed with a bottle of red and white wine from one our favorite Paso Robles wineries Daou Brothers. Jay and Lisa were very generous in offering their golf cart to navigate the town. We spent our time walking the beach, playing Cornhole in the front yard, wine tasting, exploring the numerous excellent restaurants. What's not to like? I have to say Cobbo's Beach House is one of our top favorite 3rd Home stays!!!”

Fantastic stay in Avila Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Jay & Lisa’s beach house and are so appreciative they have decided to share it with ThirdHome members. It is an incredible home that is designed for guests to spend time together, but so spacious that you can spread out when needed. Each floor is thoughtfully designed and has rooms and amenities that are unmatched. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Each level outside has fun options to enjoy, including 2 hot tubs, cornhole, pool & ping pong table, TVs, heaters, firepits, and comfortable seating. The garage has a wall of beach necessities and toys to use, and a golf cart should you want to load it up and head there for some fun. It is an easy walk to the shops and beach. They really have thought of everything! ”
