April 2026Outstanding property, incredible water view
An extraordinary property with an amazing view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and on the horizon, the view of the Olympic Mountains on the US side. The property was a new 2 BR construction, well-built with all the amenities. The property in Apr '26 was still under construction but did not interfere with our stay. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. ”

October 2025SookePoint Ocean Cottage
I loved this place! The view is outstanding and so serene! The 2 bedroom townhouse/cottage is very cozy and clean. If you are a nature lover and hiker, this is the place for you. It is surrounded by 50 km of provincial parkland and trails. The drive is a bit lengthy if one is planning to go back and forth to Sooke or Victoria, but it is a beautiful one. I would caution to get there in the daytime for the first night, as there are many deer roaming about. Watching the seals play and listening to the crashing waves day and night was a highlight for me. :) I will definitely go back, especially as I live not too far away.”

May 2024Amazing View
The Cottage had an amazing view and was very nice to relax and unwind. Construction going on at the development was unexpected and should have been communicated.”
