Pensacola Beach White House
Escape to the famous beach town of Pensacola, Florida, known for its natural beauty and historic culture, which is dotted with brick-paved sidewalks and miles of gorgeous Gulf views and sandy shorelines. With its laid-back southern charm and coastal-way-of-life, this city's appeal dates back to its founder, a Spanish sailor Don Tristan de Luna in 1559, who discovered its shores and making it the first European settlement in the New World. Experience its vast history and diverse culture through its charming downtown sprinkled with colorful Crepe Myrtle lined streets and quaint local shops, and a vibrant dining scene known as "the heart and palate of Pensacola". Stroll through Palafox Street (built in 1763 when the British were in control of the city) with its fun open-air street market and vendors; and marvel at the wrought-iron terraced buildings and shops in Plaza Ferdinand. Be inspired with its arts scene with an engaging cross-cultural educational visit to see the exhibitions at the Pensacola Museum of Art; or take in a classical ballet performance or entertaining symphony or opera performance. See the coast with its numerous manicured state and local beach parks, immersed within the protected dunes and soak up the sun for days on end. Feast on fabulous food trucks offering homemade ice creams and street tacos; grab some seafood the southern way - either choosing to dine in one of Pensacola's Top 10 waterfront restaurants or opt for any of its fun flip-flop casual beach bars - either way, you'll be able to tempt your tastebuds with everything from French and Spanish savory flavors to southern Cajun fare! If you're more in the mood to stir-up something of your own, then go to the legendary Joe Patti's Seafood Company (dating back to 1931), to pick up fresh-from-the-Gulf-to-go and cook at home! Seeking something to quench your thirst? Then search no further than the five must-sip Pensacola cocktails - starting with the daring 23-Star Salute curated by Jackson's Steakhouse; the delightful Pecan Flip in the hip Union Public House (try it with Chicken & Waffles); the presidential Front Porch served up by the Old Hickory Whiskey Bar; or sip Diesel Fuel at Flounder's Chowder House that is served in Caution Mason Jars; and last but definitely not least, lull all your cares away with the iconic Bushwacker at the Sandshaker Lounge - the original creator of the drink! Step back into time for a memorable finale in this lovely city, with a visit to Rosie O'Grady's Good Time Emporium, which was the birthplace of the architecturally charming Seville Quarter. Everything began in this 1871 Cigar & Tabacco company room, with beer, peanuts and Goodtime Dixieland Jazz...and sip good-bye while toasting to wonderful memories with its world-famous Flaming Hurricane.
Fall equally in love with this marvelous 4500-sq ft tri-level luxury Gulf-front beach house perched directly on Pensacola Beach with 100-ft of water frontage. Step into its contemporary-chic interior starting with the foyer, as it opens up to a grand and spacious living area that is infused with natural light from floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows framing the outside Gulf to perfection. Built with artisan detailing throughout, the residence features beautiful Indiana limestone flooring, soaring ceilings, all-white interior walls, and fabulous lighting, all complimenting the luxury furnishings that provide inviting gathering areas to choose from. Enjoy social hours and snuggling up in the Living Room to watch your favorite movies on the 65" SmartTV; stir up the heat with refreshing cocktails as you cook in the large gourmet Chef's Kitchen and island-bar made for entertaining; and dine around the family-style table as you chat about your day's experiences. Escape out onto any of the magnificent decks and patios to enjoy the fresh salt air, practice your yoga poses and salutations to the sun, sip cocktails and stargaze at night.
When the night's slumber beckons you to retreat, guests can choose from five gorgeous bedrooms. The first floor Master Suite features a King Bed, custom cabinetry, a private Gulf-front balcony, a huge walk-in closet, a 55' SmartTV, and a room-sized spa master bath with wet-room featuring a rainfall shower and garden soaking tub. There is a central sitting-lounge area overlooking the first floor that serves up amazing open Gulf-views, allowing for guests to spread out and opt to have privacy as needed for ultimate relaxation.
All the outside decks and beach walkway have been replaced with Trex composite decking. On the ground level there is a storage room, laundry room with washer-dryer, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, beach chairs and other beach-fun accessories for guests to use. So Wonderful That We Could Not Leave
This home is magnificent. The views, the comfort, the style, and the location can not be beat. To walk over the dune directly to the most beautiful gulf beach with white sand and clear blue water is delightful. This beach is very quiet and "non-touristy" as an added benefit. To complete the experience, the home has beautiful art, furnishings, and home design.”
