The location was a perfect jumping off point for adventures in the city and east bay. The staff at the Residence were so welcoming and they went above and beyond (shout out to Tammy!). Our unit was spacious and well appointed. It seems to have been updated since the photos. This was an experience truly worthy of an “excellent” rating. ”

We have stayed at multiple Ritz-Carlton Club properties, each is unique to its' location and San Francisco is definitely a must-go-to! Located directly downtown with restaurants, shopping, etc., easily accessible was a plus. The property is beautifully appointed, the concierge are incredibly helpful with directions as well as reservations. The entire staff makes you feel welcome the moment you step in the door. Do not miss the Friday evening wine tasting! The Ritz is a quick Uber ride to the major sites/attractions and easily accessibly is San Francisco public transportation. We truly enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in the condo before we headed out for a day of adventure and exploring. We also relished staying "in" for dinner when our day had us exhausted by the time we got "home." We had a fabulous time re-exploring a city we had not been to in 30 years while basking the the ultimate pleasures of the Ritz-Carlton Club, San Francisco.”

Fantastic Stay in the City!

We enjoyed 4 nights (had booked 7, but could only travel for part of the week) at the Ritz Carlton club in San Francisco. The building is in a very convenient location to access Union Square, Little Italy and Fisherman’s Wharf. It has a residential feel vs. a hotel & we felt very safe with the doorman & security. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious, well decorated with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. We were on the third floor, so the view was nice, but not as impressive as the higher floors. The club lounge offered coffee each morning and all the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. This is my second trip through Third Home and we loved it! ”

Two Bedroom has great layout for Entertaining

The two bedroom had a great layout for entertaining and the sofa bed was nice for the kids to all have their own bed. They also will do a roll away for a nominal $20-$50 fee per night depending on the season.”

We had a fabulous experience over Christmas week at the SF Ritz Carlton Club & Residences. The accommodations were spacious and immaculate throughout the stay with the twice daily service. The beds were extremely comfortable and even though our room was right above busy Market Street, extremely quiet - both providing a wonderful night’s sleep. The concierge staff were always available to provide whatever advice or assistance needed. Ryan and Francis were standouts among the team! Valet, Bell and Door service were also attentive at all hours. We hope to enjoy another stay in the future! ”

Urban Gem

It's the Ritz-Carlton located in the center of one of America's greatest cities, San Francisco. Wow! The four of us who were lucky enough to score this residence enjoyed a Bay Area adventure with visits to Alcatraz, AT&T Park, Golden Gate Park and a bike ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. Adventuring all day makes one tired in the evening which is why the Ritz was the perfect landing pad. For starters, they offer a 24-hour cookie "humidor" filled with oatmeal, chocolate chip and various other home-baked cookies. The in-house concierge is super helpful in planning activities and we were in close walking distance from any number of great restaurants. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable with 2 large master suites, a cozy living room and a full, well-equipped kitchen. Another benefit of staying at the Ritz was the 12th Floor large private lounge offering coffee all day, newspapers and 2 large televisions. This is an elegant residence that is staffed by employees who epitomize customer service. ”

San Francisco Family Vacations

This place is amazing, we had two beautiful and spacious units for 8 family members and enjoyed the week with top style service from the Ritz Carlton staff, specially our personal concierge Jessica, who took care of all our reservations and was attentive to our needs the whole stay. Could not book a 3rd unit for our in-laws who had to stay on the Palace across the street. Highly recommended. ”

Great concierge service!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip to San Francisco because of the fires in Wine Country, The air quality was at a *red alert* stage and the hotel advised us to bring masks because the local stores were out of them. We can't rate the hotel, but we can say wonderful things about the concierge at the Ritz Residences. He went to a great deal of trouble to advise about reservations. He made reservations at restaurants and with a small tour operator. He was also arranging for a rental car for a wine country trip mid-week. He helped us make plans for a great lunch in St Helena and a wine tour there. He explained that if we did not book ahead, we would not be able to book upon arrival. I ran his suggestions by a friend and she said that the concierge was *spot on* with his recommendations. I can't say enough nice things about Travis Turner, the concierge. We were heartbroken to cancel and lose our keys and deposit, but we hope to add this trip to our travels next year! ”

Incredible Property & Location on Market St! Loved the Club Room on the 12th Floor.

My family and I really enjoyed this incredible property! It was the perfect location for us, on Market Street, right next to the Montgomery Bart Station. We rented a car at SFO and the free valet parking was really convenient. We also used the complimentary Club car to go to dinner one night, which was also really nice. There is a really nice club room on the 12th floor. They have a social hour Tuesday through Saturday nights from 5:30 to 6:30, where the pour wine 2 types of white and 2 types of red wine. However, note that no one under 21 is allowed in during that time. Also, Friday nights is a special night with a special vintner. There's also coffee available in the mornings was really nice and convenient. Lastly, our daughter loved the cookies!”

The staff was exceptional. The valet greeted us upon arrival, handled all our our luggage and in and out of the garage was prompt and efficient and they showed their personality to my husband who likes a sense of humor. The Concierge(s) - there were two on staff always – were knowledgeable, took time to educate us on the best options for dining in the area and transportation and good walking options in and around the city. We chose to walk most everywhere we went and they directed us on the best routes and areas to avoid. We didn't take advantage of the social hour as we were not around at that hour of the day but it would have been fun to taste wine and meet others on vacation. The Apartment was gorgeous! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and they cleaned constantly without interrupting your time in the apartment. Almost as if they knew when you were coming and going and worked hard to be in and out before you returned so that you could enjoy without interruption at any time throughout the day. ”

Christmas Fun!

The Ritz residence is a great place to enjoy San Francisco! Close to museums, shops, great restaurants and all the city has to offer. The spirit of Christmas was enjoyed by my teenagers being so close to the ice skating and all the fun shops of downtown.
