**Arthouse is a new building and some works are still going on, noises can be heard during working hours **

-Arthouse Tulum is a fully "non-smoking" property (inside the apartments and the common areas).

-Parties, events, and business meetings are not allowed, under any circumstances, at any hour, in any place within Arthouse.

-To use the common area jacuzzi guests will need to book at least 6 hours in advance. The jacuzzi is available from 12:00 to 09:00 pm. Due to the contingency, a maximum of 2 people is allowed.

- The pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

- No noise from 11:00 pm to 8.00 am

- The area around Arthouse is developing, noise could be heard during working hours.

-The houses and apartments managed by Moskito are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.
