We had another amazing stay at the Chateaux. The room was recently renovated and is beautiful. The entire staff at the Chateaux is great. Buffet breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. We went hiking just outside the door of the Chateaux. Zip lining at Sundance resort with a quick stop at Bridal Veil Falls. 25 mile EV bike tour through the Chateaux. Plenty of activities at Olympic Park along with doing the Olympic Bobsled. Pickleball in Park City and Heber. ”

Great Place in the Mountains

Chateaux is a great place and perfect location in the mountains. Close to everything in the mountains near the ski lifts and close to town. The Breakfast Buffet is fabulous. The Conceirge's are wonderful and so helpful. Definitely will return here again in the future.”

Wow! We cannot stop raving about our visit to The Residences at the Chateaux. We visited this summer and were particularly blown away by the accommodations (the 4 bedroom unit was tremendous and kept in perfect condition) and level of service at the Residences. The concierge team and front desk staff are operating at the highest level of customer service at every moment of your stay. They anticipate all your plans are are ready and waiting to shuttle you to Main Street or your latest activity. They will surprise your children with cookies and ice cream at night and retrieve every item you lose during your visit because they are so busy making everything so easy, you forget to think for yourself! There was so much to do in Deer Valley during the summer - fly fishing, ATVing, The Olympic Park, hikes, Park Silly Sunday Market... We would book The Residences again in a heartbeat. Amazing!!!”

We loved everything about our vacation at The Residences. The service was second to none. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful at all times. It felt like home. The penthouse unit was very high end and spacious. We went during the summer and there was so much to do around the Park City/Olympic Park area. Would return for a summer trip in a heartbeat! ”

Luxury awaits!

The customer service last year was top of the line, but this year it appears to have slipped a bit. We found inconsistancies in quality with the concierge desk and the breakfast area. Some personnel (one concierge in particular) were fantastic, others, not so much. Unfortunately, they no longer provide a loaner car to ThirdHome members, however, the local transportation is prompt and friendly. It's a short walk to the Upper Deer Valley lifts, but you can leave your skis and poles overnight at the Deer Valley ski check next to the slopes which is free (and they don't even accept tips). The design and decoration of the residences is absolutely the best. The housekeeping personnel did a very good job and were very friendly and personable. This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Upper Deer Valley!”

Wonderful service and accommodations! The staff went out of their way to take care of us and knew our names within a day or so. This was a great family trip with many outdoor coordinated activities including fly fishing, UTV Tour for the day, and hiking. Would recommend to any family or couples as a excellent location.”

The amenities and the service staff at the Chateaux Residences is second to none. From our welcome by Celeste and Fran, to the outstanding service provided by Stephanie, Ted, Teresa, Jamie, Larry, Diane and the rest of the concierge staff was simply off the charts. We couldn't have wanted or needed a thing while we were there and the location of the property is absolutely perfect for accessing Deer Valley and getting up the chair lift as quickly and simply as possible. Great accommodations - wrong season

Park City is fantastic during ski season. During the Summer, there is not much to do except kick back and take in the mountain air. I hope they start to offer Winter dates as the place is wonderful!”

What an incredible stay.....!

We recently stayed in the 4 Bedroom Penthouse at The Residences at The Chateaux. We had nothing short of a 5 star experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful to organize many different adventures. The Penthouse was immacuate upon arrival, the kitchen was built out for our family meals and the master suits were built for a queen. We truely enjoyed the property as a whole, having breakfast every morning downstairs, playing in the game room with the kids and enjoying the pool with a view you can't get enough of. Taking our group to Utah was a real treat and to have such beautiful and comfortable accommodations was unforgetable. Thank you 3rd Home and The Residences at The Chateaux!”
