We had an amazing stay at Villa La Percha. The Villa has been updated since the pics on Thirdhome and is truly amazing! It is so well stocked, they have everything you need from beach chairs to coolers, paddle boards & Kayaks. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which makes it great to share with 3 other couples. The sunsets from Taylor beach, which is a short walk out the front door, were breathtaking. The property is in a secluded community with security so we felt very safe. Our favorite thing to do was hang out on the dock all day and go in and out of the water. There is a small hotel with a beautiful restaurant right up the road. Grace Bay was about a 15 minute drive. Our concierge Jake was so helpful, and the airport meet and greet ensured that we didn't get lost on the way to the property. We would love to go back! ”
The house was great, although a little bit tired in some spots, and could use a little bit of TLC (like a couple of windows that wouldn't open, a stove that was difficult to use because the numbers had worn off the knobs, having to get the AC company out to house to address a couple of issues... some other little things.) But, overall, a great house - and the concierge team was great, and Extremely quick and responsive! Also, there has been some recent crime in Turks & Caicos, so make sure you check the headlines, and use caution and common sense when traveling there.”
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Turks and Caicos. All the bedrooms were spacious and living areas were very comfortable. Situated on a remote part of the island overlooking Chalk Sound, the drawback was since we did not rent a car we had to take taxis everywhere - and they were VERY expensive! We were not made aware of their policy to have an allowed AC amount, and if you go over you are responsible for the overage costs.”
