Lower Deer Valley 4 BR Home
Lower Deer Valley 4 BR Home
Conveniently located on Deer Valley Road, just two minutes from Snow Park at the base of Deer Valley is 2800 square feet of luxury mountain living. This recently updated home boasts four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and massive 18-foot vaulted ceilings in every room.
Nestle into the living room, where you’ll find four couches and two recliners, allowing everyone to spread out comfortably. The fireplace with its custom log mantel and granite hearth add a sophisticated yet rustic touch to the room and make for great ambiance on a chilly night with a crackling log. The living room opens to a beautiful chef’s kitchen appointed with granite counters, hand-stained cabinets, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, while a breakfast bar with four custom swivel chairs helps facilitate great entertaining. The living area showcases spectacular views everywhere you turn and hosts a deck off of the living room with a rejuvenating jacuzzi to ease sore muscles after a day of skiing.
Among the four bedrooms are two master suites, one king and one queen, with custom linens and expansive windows overlooking aspen trees and the surrounding mountains. Both feature spacious ensuite bathrooms, one with Carrera marble and the other granite. The third bedroom has a king bed, and there is a full bathroom off the kitchen hallway with granite counters and custom tile work.
The red den off of the entry has a queen sleeper sofa and stairs leading to a recently added loft with a half bath and two trundle beds, providing an extra sleeping area for four. The loft media room is an ideal escape retreat for children with a large sectional couch, bean bag chairs, and a TV equipped with Netflix and Prime Video.
Experience “The Greatest Snow on Earth” (as told by Utah’s license plate) at the numerous ski resorts nearby. You’re less than a mile from world-class skiing at Deer Valley, and a quick two-minute bus ride from your doorstep will take you to Park City for incredible skiing and snowboarding. Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Sundance are all within a short drive from the home as well. You’re only half a mile to Old Town Park City’s Main Street, lined with fabulous restaurants and shopping in a classic western mining town atmosphere and host of the annual Sundance Film Festival.
Summer activities include mountain biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, and free evening concerts at Snow Park with various venues.
The surrounding mountains offer fabulous dining options, including Stein Eriksen Lodge, the Montage Resort at Empire Mountain, or St Regis Hotel overlooking Snow Park. What could be better than world-class skiing and dining at the same time?
