Welcome to our lovely home, "Dream of Delray," nestled in the beautiful waterfront community of Tropic Isle in East Delray Beach. Tastefully appointed in cool, modern style and accented with a bright interior, embracing light-tiled floors, this is your retreat to livin' the 'Dream of Delray.'

Here, family and friends come to gather in our modern three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, which offers nearly 2000 square feet of luxurious living. The home's layout features two separate and spacious living room areas, both equipped with large flatscreen TVs and plush sectional sofas for ultimate relaxation. The modern kitchen is tastefully outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for three.

Live like royalty in the master bedroom! It features a plush king-sized bed, Peloton bike, and a private balcony overlooking the tropical palm trees. The expansive ensuite master bath spoils guests with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The guest rooms are especially bright and charming and feature one queen bed and two twin beds, respectfully.

Want to shake off the sand? Enjoy a dressy brunch at the Sundy House for a Mimosa while you plan your day in the sun. Boats and watersport ski rentals are available from nearby vendors. If you'd like to add to our seashell collection displayed on the front-foyer table, please do!

Enjoy nearby public beaches within a 15 min walk or 3 minute drive with easy parking. Want some nightlife? Atlantic Avenue is there for you for shopping and restaurants. Interested in tennis? The Delray Tennis center has 2 nearby locations on Atlantic Ave and Jaeger Drive.

Parking is available in the garage, with guest parking available right out front of the unit. You can walk to nearby restaurants such as Sushi Thai Fusion, Harvest Seasonal Grill, and Wine Bar for a front-row, sunset view.
