Description

Skiing Eagle (Ski-in/Ski-out)

Experience a getaway that flawlessly blends the serenity of an undisturbed setting with all the opulent comforts you have come to expect. This idyllic haven can be found among the stillness of the Tusher Mountains, in the heart of Utah's most secluded resort, about 200 miles from Salt Lake City.

Aspen Crest at Eagle Point is a premier ski-in/ski-out residential community that naturally connects to the Eagle Point Ski Resort and the 1.5 million-acre Fishlake National Forest beyond for boundless skiing, biking, hiking, and riding opportunities. Within the Aspen Crest community lies Skiing Eagle, a magnificent and modern three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome awaiting your arrival.

Inside you'll uncover 2000 square feet of bright and open living space to call home. With a wall of soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, a warm fireplace, and a sizeable flatscreen TV, the living room will be the ideal go-to hangout sanctuary for you and your companions when not outdoors. It opens to a gorgeous kitchen embellished with subtle robin egg blue cabinets, a large island, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Behind the island, you can convene for dinner at the six-seat dining table and then open the French doors for drinks on the balcony afterward.

In keeping with the living room, the master bedroom also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a sun-drenched oasis for relaxation. Along with a king-sized bed and generously-sized flatscreen TV, the master also features a stunning bathroom with a herringbone-tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms include a queen-sized bed in one and two sets of bunk beds in the other.

Should you find yourself needing to work remotely, the home offers a sweeping bonus room with three desks and two computer monitors. Or, if work can wait, this space also sports a comfortable sectional to snuggle up on for an afternoon nap or a date with a good book. And if these added luxuries aren't enough to impress you, this marvelous townhome is complete with cubbies to store your ski and winter gear, as well as a wet bar and a hot tub for après-ski.

But don't forget to pack your rods, reels, lures, and hiking boots, too, so you can fish for trout along Puffer Lake and Minersville Reservoir, then hike and climb your way through national forests and parks, like Zion and Bryce.

This is a true all-season getaway of a lifetime!

Great find

I felt I was taking a risk going on holiday in a small isolated ski resort, but our group all thought this was a great experience. The ski resort feels private - no lines, staff very helpful - and the hosts/owners of this house could not be more generous. Everything is new, clean, neat and beautifully thought out. Well worth the drive for such a private alpine experience. Tom was very generous answering my many questions.”
