Description

120-acre Methow Valley Guest Ranch

Escape to the mountains and nest at this exceptional 120-acre ranch perched along the river in the Methow Valley. This spectacular property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests between two private farmhouse-style residences. You’re conveniently located near all the amazing attractions Methow Valley has to offer, yet you will feel far removed from the crowds with your own private oasis. This is the ideal destination for your family’s escape.

The entire property has been meticulously restored. Enter into a spacious and well-stocked kitchen with ample counter space and stainless steel appliances to prepare your favorite comfort foods. Or take to the outdoors to grill up fresh BBQ and enjoy dinner on the deck. Afterward, a cozy living room with a flatscreen TV awaits you for movie nights, and there is an expansive loft area for reading books or playing games. The second house also has a bright and welcoming living room with a fireplace. There are five bedrooms in total between both homes, with two queen beds and four twin beds.

Enjoy the abundant sun and recreation. Take a gentle ride along the Methow River to the Mazama Store for your morning coffee, or head in the other direction for some single-track mountain biking, both directly from the house. Just outside the front door, you can fly fish or kayak on the Methow River. In the winter, access hundreds of miles of groomed cross-country ski trails directly off the back porch. Bring your horses to our pastures with automatic waters and enjoy access to 3.8 million acres of National Forest directly out the back of the property. Wildlife abounds on the property, from beavers to bald eagles, a beautiful sight to see! After a full day, sit back and relax on the porch to enjoy the sunset over the mountain vistas.

And this doesn’t even get into the activities within a few miles, such as hunting, backcountry skiing, and snowmobiling.

Privacy, proximity, and fun. This impressive Methow Valley property has it all!
