This contemporary hacienda-style home captures the best of Tucson living: traditional Southwest architecture completely remodeled and updated in a contemporary style. The most compelling feature is the mountain and desert garden views from every room in the home. Many beautiful cactus specimens result in guests feeling like they're staying in a Southwest botanical garden.
Floor-to-ceiling windows mimic the height of the high-beamed ceilings in the great room, creating a casual indoor/outdoor atmosphere for sophisticated entertaining. The media room boasts a 78" Sony OLED TV with Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, cable, etc. and comfortable seating including two "Stressless" recliners. The kitchen will delight the chef in the family: Double ovens, induction stovetop, Advantium microwave oven, two dishwashers, beverage drawer, wine refrigerator, 48" side-by-side fridge/freezer, and a fully stocked pantry with everything one needs to prepare a gourmet meal.
The interior features three bedrooms, all with ensuite baths. The master bedroom has an adjustable Sleep Number king bed and a private adjoining patio. The second bedroom has a queen "Heavenly" bed. The third bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed. There is also a powder room bringing the bathroom count to 3-1/2.
Several exterior locations allow for pleasant outdoor seating and dining. Enjoy morning coffee on the south patio overlooking the garden; climb exterior stairs to the rooftop deck for sunset cocktails with 360-degree views of the city and surrounding Tucson mountain ranges; and dine on the north patio with stunning garden views in the foreground and towering Catalina Mountains as your backdrop.
The remodel started in late 2021, and will continue with additional upgrades. The photos represent only some of the updates, more pics will be posted as the interior and exterior design unfolds.

Judy is a wonderful hostess. She inquired about our interests and connected us to experts in our area of interest during our stay. The home is beautiful in a very beautiful part of Tucson. The best hike we did was just up the street. If you love the desert There is no place better”
