Perfect location. While this SF flat was relatively clean and had the basics, it was furnished with a very limited amount of marginal items. With one bathroom, six guests would be a significant stretch. My wife is an interior designer and has offered to supply the owner with a list of cost-effective upgrades that would raise the overall functionality and appearance to become closer to what is expected with Thirdhome exchanges. On another note, the neighborhood is very quiet and close to the CASTRO scene and public transportation services. We did have a wonderful time in San Francisco. ”
