Situated on Upper King Street in the heart of Downtown Charleston, this lavish boutique property blends modern lines with traditional architectural elements to create irresistible luxury accommodations. Outside its doors are award-winning restaurants, a thriving art scene, and enticing scheduled events exhibiting the best of the area like Charleston Fashion Week and the Food + Wine Festival.

Waiting inside past the building’s brick façade is a sophisticated yet trendy two-bedroom villa. The 935 square foot space comes to life with sleek décor and furnishings and tall windows that provide plenty of natural light. It enjoys comfortable, high-end seating arrangements in the living room with conveniences like a large flatscreen TV. The villa welcomes you to dine in style with meals prepared from a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space.

Both the master suite and the guest room prioritize luxury and comfort. The master suite features a king bed with plush bedding and an immaculate ensuite with dual vanity and a glass front walk-in shower. The guest room allows you to rest cozily on two queen beds and offers a separate bathroom.

Take a horse-drawn carriage ride to one of Downtown Charleston’s Lowcountry restaurants to taste coastal, soul-inspired food like shrimp and grits, she-crab soup, gumbo, and authentic South Carolina BBQ. Visit the iconic pastel-colored homes of Rainbow Row before hitting Museum Mile—a one-mile section featuring six museums, five nationally-renowned historic houses, four parks, and several historic churches and public buildings revealing the significance behind Charleston’s history and culture.

Nice Location with Decent Accommodations

This property is located in a busy/popular spot in Charleston with the ability to walk or ride the bus to many restaurants and sites. Parking a vehicle here was a bit of a challenge as the property's garage was too small for our full size SUV and we ended up parking in another garage across the street. The unit was clean, but rather small and provided basic accommodations. There is some noise that can be heard inside the unit from King street as there are some rooftop bars nearby, but it wasn't too bad. ”
