Sonoma Fun Home
Sonoma Fun Home
Enchanting experiences await in the historic city of Sonoma! Situated at the heart of the renowned Sonoma Valley winemaking region, this Northern California getaway encompasses a distinct rustic charm coupled with gorgeous bucolic scenery and world-class wines redolent of Napa. The town, which is centered around the colonial-era Sonoma Plaza—the largest plaza in California and a National Historic Monument—is home to the last Spanish-Mexican mission built in California and California's oldest winery, Buena Vista Winery. Those who visit Sonoma have the privilege of experiencing one-of-a-kind wine tastings, renowned farm-to-table restaurants, cycling and horseback riding through vineyards, and hiking through towering redwood forests.
Just one mile outside of Sonoma City and two miles from Sonoma Plaza lies this 2200 square foot modern retreat with a bocce ball court and putting green. The three-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom home rests on half an acre backing up to Nathanson Creek, surrounded by oak trees and open to a field and a vineyard. Privacy abounds in this cul de sac road.
Inside this spacious ranch-style home, you'll find a well-lit open floor plan that includes the living room, family room, dining room, and kitchen. The space allows everyone to socialize and entertain effortlessly with modern conveniences like stainless steel appliances and a flatscreen TV. Relaxed comfort defines each of the four bedrooms, and the master opens to the back patio for cozy evenings around the firepit. Outback, you can engage in friendly competition at the bocce ball court, practice your pitmaster skills at the BBQ, or perfect your golf game at the putting green.
Sonoma features hundreds of world-class wineries, many of which are a quick 10-minute drive from Sonoma Fun Home, like Buena Vista, Cline Cellars, and Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. Wonderful parks, shopping, and art surround you, and if you're craving ocean air, then Sonoma Coast State Park's beach is only an hour away.

The home was great. Modern, open, well furnished and decorated, clean, comfortable beds, and great fold out back wall. It's really well located - close to downtown and fun, yet really secluded and quiet also. The backyard is fun and really well "groomed". The owner/host was friendly and responsive. Great stay.”
