Our Dream Private Beachfront Villa

Known as one of the most beautiful and private villas in Treasure Beach, this award-winning home is defined by four acres of private property perched on a bluff overlooking its own stunning beach.

The 7,000 square foot villa boasts stunning architecture by way of vaulted ceilings and arched verandas and has a spacious interior equipped with five striking bedrooms and five bathrooms. Each bedroom has new remote control air conditioning units; Though rarely necessary, they are good to have.

You’ll find ample soft seating at every turn in the open living area, ideal for lounging with a good book, playing board games, or watching a show on the 50” flat screen TV (equipped with international channels). The villa features an updated indoor kitchen with all new appliances and a traditional outdoor kitchen for the staff to make jerk chicken and other local delicacies such as grilled lobster and curried goat.

Enjoy meals, drinks, and everything in between on the curtained veranda, which offers unparalleled views of the sea and your palm-lined surroundings. On days that you’re not at the beach, you can find refreshment in the large private pool with lounge chairs and a shaded thatched roof area allowing guests to hang all day by the pool.

Our staff includes two housekeepers/cooks, groundskeepers, and a villa manager to make sure you and your family and friends are well-fed, happy, and comfortable. You can lounge around the incredibly spacious home, swim, fish, snorkel, boat, and go on any number of excursions in this picturesque area that is far from the typical tourist areas but close to all the best Jamaica has to offer. This sleepy fishing village is the most welcoming place on earth.

What’s included?

Exclusive use of the villa, private pool, and grounds. The full villa and facilities are 100% yours to use and enjoy.

A full-time caretaker who lives in his own house just inside the front gate. He and his assistant will perform grounds keeping and pool maintenance—and will keep the beach area in front of the villa clean.

Two cooks/housekeepers who will:
- Shop for your groceries and beverages.
- Prepare up to three family-style meals per day.
- Clean the villa daily.
- Handle your personal laundry needs, as requested.
- Perform occasional childcare

Guests are responsible for paying for any transportation, including excursions and day trips (but we can arrange all), food and beverages, extensive childcare, massages from a professional masseur (who will come to the villa upon request), and staff tips (we suggest 15-20% of the cost of the visit).
