San Francisco Luxury Mansion
San Francisco Luxury Mansion
Perched overlooking Alamo Square Park with views over the city skyline and beyond to the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin Headlands lies a rare, storied mansion that embodies the grace of a bygone era.
Preserved in its original 1930's art deco construction, this luxury manor is appointed with all the modern amenities, including a smart security system. Large and graciously-sized rooms set the stage for a grand passageway throughout its layout. Both the interior and exterior are perfect for gathering with friends and family or experiencing ultimate privacy. There are several cozy seating areas for socializing or relaxing, and the chef's kitchen has all the modern appliances to create a meal that your family and friends will love.
With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, the home's primary master suite has a king bed, an en-suite bath, and an attached patio overlooking Alamo Park. The other two large bedrooms facing South allow for fantastic San Francisco city views. There is a home gym and dedicated home office with sofa pull out for added sleeping accommodations.
A uniquely-artistic home office allows for direct access to the private garden. There you will find seating to enjoy the romantic San Franciscan skyline sunset view.
Outside, the South facing garden and rear deck will be your sanctuary from the bustling city life. With its enormous outdoor space, this piece of paradise is rare! Here, a Japanese-style cedar, hot tub awaits you amongst lush flora, and the garden is cradled in mature trees.
Parking is available for five cars.
The nearby Divisadero Corridor is a short walk or ride to the Panhandle and Golden Gate Park. San Francisco's Golden Gate Park is 20% larger than New York City's Central Park and is home to the best of the city's museums, including The de' Young, The Academy of Sciences, and the San Francisco Botanical Gardens.
The location offers easy access to numerous neighborhoods, nature, shops, and some of the best restaurants in San Francisco, including NOPA, Che Fico, and Beretta. Slow Streets on Page is nearby, as well as the numerous park-lets for outdoor gathering and dining.
