Description

Seashell Sanctuary

Nestled in the Cinnamon Shores beach community on the Texas Gulf Coast, this fabulous four-bedroom home features three stories of beachside living designed for total rest and relaxation. At Seashell Sanctuary, you can relax and see the ocean from the third floor or take a one-minute walk to the Dune Pool—one of three resort-style pools in the community (two are heated year-round). You will also have access to the amenities at the sister community, Cinnamon Shores South, which includes another heated pool. But the luxuries don’t stop there; within the community, you’ll also find a playground, fitness center, and restaurants! The beach is less than a one-minute walk away (only nine houses back), and best of all, food and drinks can come directly to the beach, so you don’t have to lift a finger while you’re sunbathing in paradise!

Seashell Sanctuary has 1500 square feet of wrap-around patios, each showcasing beautiful views of the ocean, pool, or dunes. With a reverse floor plan, the first floor of this sprawling beach home includes three bedrooms (each with its own full bathroom) and a den/second living room. There are two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom on this level, and all bedrooms have smart TVs with cable.

The second floor is the heart of the home! You can gather in the great room for family games, eat at the large 10-person dining room table, or have drinks and snacks at the large kitchen island. It has tons of seating and natural light and an outdoor patio for eating and relaxing right off the kitchen area. The kitchen has all new, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a large oven for cooking for lots of families, and the living room boasts an electric fireplace for ambiance while you eat. A coffee bar is fully equipped for all your morning needs, and an ice maker can make your evening cocktails taste even better. The large patio outside has a table to sit your entire family for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and there is also a TV to watch the big game if needed! If BBQ is what you desire, there is a large grill on the second-floor patio to cookout and enjoy the outdoor living space.

The luxurious master suite can also be found on the second floor, along with a powder room and laundry room. The master has a four-poster king bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a small desk area for working if needed. The modern master bath has a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Walk on up to the third floor to discover an expansive loft/bunk-style room that sleeps nine (with its own door for privacy) and also leads out onto the third-floor patio, which offers breathtaking ocean views. There is a large bathroom on this floor with extra storage and a double vintage sink. The bunk room has six XL twin beds and three twin trundles. It’s a great place for teens and kids to chill and relax; it has a TV for entertainment, and each bunk has its own USB charging station. The patio also has a large TV and a firepit—perfect for movie nights outside while the parents enjoy a glass of wine and the stunning ocean views.

There is a double-covered carport for two cars with a universal electric charger for an electric car. Golf cart rentals and chair rentals are available, as well as night bonfire set up and takedown.

Christmas Week Stay in Paradise

We had an amazing week in this gorgeous new beach house at Cinnamon Shores on the Texas Coast. The home is super spacious and perfectly appointed. The weather was amazing, we had chairs at the beach, did a bon fire and enjoyed the wrap around porches and views all week. Cinnamon Shore resort community is adorable and feels like Seaside, FL. We would go again and again! ”
