This family-friendly home offers unique waterfront views as well as Intracoastal access. It will be your very own beach house on the sand, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, for accommodations of 8-10 guests. Beautifully decorated three-story, four-bedroom, four-bathroom beach home includes a private in-law suite. The home features a large walk-out patio for direct beach access during the day and two balconies to enjoy the infamous Indian Shores sunsets in the evening.

When you walk up the stairs, you will step into your coastal oasis with four large sliding glass doors that display the Gulf of Mexico waters. Enjoy ocean views from anywhere in the living space to the fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room. It is truly a magical space to be in while having your morning coffee, prepping meals, eating dinner, enjoying cocktails, or winding down at the end of a long beach day. Guests may also enjoy the second living space with an additional half bath. Bedrooms one and two are on the main floor, with a full bathroom located directly between them.

The master suite is situated on the home's third floor, directly facing the Gulf with access to an additional balcony and stunning views. The master has a king-size bed, with an additional twin daybed, TV, walk-in closet, and its master bathroom with a stand-up shower and separate soaking tub.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen-sized beds. In the event you need more sleeping space we have 2 queen-sized inflatable mattresses available.

Bedroom four, the in-law suite, has separate accommodations, including a king-sized bed. You can enjoy private amenities such as a TV, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and a full private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The two-car garage contains surf and sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.

The Blue Isle has everything you need to make your dream beach vacation a reality. It is located 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and directly between Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches. Indian Shores is a local and charming beach town where our soft white sand beaches are considered the best in the country. Its beachfront setting is within walking distance of various restaurants, bars, and local shops. The surrounding area also has many sightseeing possibilities such as John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa and Clearwater Aquariums, multiple pro athletic sporting arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, and more.
