Conchas Chinas is a little piece of heaven! The views and sounds of the ocean are outstanding. The home looks professionally decorated and furnished. The security staff are always there to welcome you, friendly and anxious to answer your questions. There are two restaurants within 5 min walking. Cabs are necessary to go to Old Town but only $5 for 5-10 min ride. The cabs are always available right outside the building. The owner’s manager is very responsive by email for any of your needs. It was a great experience. Puerto Vallarta has fabulous restaurants on the water or up high overlooking the town and water.”

Amazing view, beautiful condo, wonderful staff, great location, hospitable owner!!! What more can you ask!! As we arrived, we received warm welcome by the manager and the security, and as we walked into the unit, we were welcomed by breathtaking view. Yes, we came here for this!! Condo location was wonderful, nice restaurants where we ate almost everyday, the condo is right on the Ocean (almost), beach of Conchas Chinas, beautiful and quiet beach, Zona Romantica is only about a mile walk. You can walk to the main street as well. Hospital is also about a mile down the street, very convenient and easy to get COVID test for your return to the US. For those who need to work like us, no problem with Internet here for conference calls. The only regret we have is that we only booked for one week, instead of all three weeks when this property became available to book. We would definitely return if this becomes available in the future. Highly recommend to stay here!!! ”
