Upon entry, you’ll immediately enjoy the rustic modern finishes and high-end furnishings with a stone fireplace, knotty pine cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and spectacular views of the lake!

The custom, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops opens to the deck and screened-in porch with a gas grill.

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful view from the deck, patio, or dock. You can also relax on the screened-in porch or swing. In the evenings, gather around the gas firepit or wood-burning firepit.

On one side of the main level, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, deck access, and a large spa-like master bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and heated floors. On the other side of the first level is a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bedroom with four twin bunk beds, an additional pull-out twin trundle bed, and smart TV. The guest bedroom connects to a large bathroom with heated floors and a tiled walk-in shower.

Head down the open staircase to the lower level, where you’ll find an oversized family room with a pool table, kitchenette, game table, and TV area. On one side of the lower level is a large bedroom with two queen beds, smart TV, and an attached bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in shower. On the other side of the lower level, you’ll find another guest suite with a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and an attached bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in shower.

Spend your days swimming, fishing, jet skiing, boating, and floating! Bring or rent a boat and park in the private boat slip. The massive dock includes two paddle boards, two kayaks, a swimming platform with steps into the water, a dock ladder, aqua lily pad water mat, lounge chairs, beach chairs, and a swing! While relaxing on the dock you will also enjoy a fridge, ice maker, speaker system, bar table, and 75 inch TV. You will have everything you need for a fantastic time at the Lake of the Ozarks!
