Chateau Kachina

Warm right up in the luxurious Chateau Kachina tucked away in the mountains of Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico. The Blake Residences are newly built in 2021 but elude European charm. Comprised of 24 residences, these homes are centrally located in the heart of the village, close to Lift 1, artisan shopping, Cid’s Mountain Market, and just steps from the brand new ice skating rink.

As you step into the bottom floor walk-in, you will be delighted by the elevated ceilings, lavish furnishings, and high-end details. Perfectly designed for post-ski days, a mudroom greets you upon entry to throw off your boots and jackets and get ready for a cozy welcome home.

The kitchen is large and inviting, boasting light wood cabinets, granite counters, and cool subway white backsplash. The appliances are stainless steel and high-end Wolf, making dining at home a treat. Six counter seats at the kitchen island complete the space.

Make your way into the living room, and you might want to stay there until bedtime once you snuggle into the plush couches and chairs by the gas fireplace. Perfect for a place to read or recount the day with family, the living room is the heart of the home, offering breathtaking views of the mountains from the 30 foot high deck.

The bedrooms are just as luxurious as the rest of the home. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen television, and an incredible ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Both guest bedrooms are well designed with modern yet cozy features and their own full bathrooms and televisions. The first has a king-sized bed, while the second guest room offers double queen-sized beds.

Step outside the residence, and you will be enchanted by the ski village and all it has to offer. You are just minutes from the slopes, where skiing, snowboarding, and other snow sports are ready for use. Access to the next door hotel's pool and hot tub make for added fun and convenience. A fitness center and spa along with concierge services are also available. During the lush green and sunny summer months, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing are nearby, making this ski town a four-season sanctuary.
