The chic coastal-themed living area includes a large sectional with ample seating overlooking the back lanai and intercoastal cove. Adjacent to the living area is the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for three. Gather your family around the dining room table that seats ten, or head outside and sip your morning coffee on the lanai while admiring gorgeous sunrises over the quiet cove.

On the main floor, you'll find a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a charming ensuite bathroom that opens to the pool deck area. A guest bedroom with two twin beds and a hall bathroom are also on the ground level.
