Staying at Paradise Cove means your time will be well spent outside enjoying the Florida sun. The home boasts a large covered lanai with an outdoor dining table for ten people, two deep-seating sofas, a high-end outdoor kitchen with grill, a beautiful pool and hot tub overlooking the quiet cove, and an oversized dock ideal for fishing. The dock sits in sailboat depth waters and includes the option for up to 2 boat slips for those who wish to rent or bring their own during their stay.

The property sits near the end of a quiet kidney shaped cove with easy access to the intercoastal waterway where you can easily make your way north to Clearwater and Dunedin or south to St. Petersburg. Access the gulf within 10 minutes at the Clearwater Pass or within 20 minutes at John’s Pass. In the cove you’ll have beautiful sunrises each morning, dolphins, pelicans, cranes, and plenty of fish. It’s also the perfect place to paddle, waterski, wakeboard, tube, and take out the 2 kayaks that are included onsite.

Inside the chic coastal-themed living area includes a large sectional with ample seating overlooking the back lanai and intercoastal cove. Adjacent to the living area is the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for three. Mealtime is a family-affair as you can easily gather around the dining room table that seats ten.

On the main floor, you'll find a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a charming ensuite bathroom that opens to the pool deck area. A guest bedroom with queen bed and a hall bathroom are also on the ground level.

Upstairs you'll find a bunk room that sleeps 4 adults or up to 6 kids with full-over-full bunk beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle. Also, upstairs is a "kids' nook" with Xbox gaming system and two twin daybeds, as well as the primary master bedroom with king bed. The oversized primary master bedroom will take your breath away with views of the cove. The en-suite master bath has dual sinks, a freestanding, soaker tub and frameless shower. Enjoy a good book at sunset or cup of coffee on the master balcony for sunrise.
