Tims Ford Waterfront Escape

Get excited as you drive up to this 4,000 square foot Tims Ford Waterfront Especape, as you are bound to have a thrilling time both in and out of the house. The driveway can accommodate up to 10 cars with plenty of space to park your boat trailer. A neighborhood ramp is located close by next to a convenience store with low-cost marine gas to meet your watercraft needs.

The main gathering area is spacious and newly renovated with vaulted wood ceilings, a stone fireplace, and cozy, luxurious seating. A large round dining table seats ten comfortably, perfect for family meals or an evening game of cards. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. Lake views are available from just about every room within the home, allowing for plenty of natural light into the house and enticing you to make your way down to the private dock.

The dock offers a side deck for fishing and swimming, and you will receive one boat slip so you can head out on the lake for some water skiing, skurfing, tubing, wakeboarding, and more. The screened-in patio features a large outdoor sectional while a dining table sits outside the screen allowing for meals alfresco. There is a gas grill along with a fire pit perfect for ending the night with a barbeque and smores. The lower level deck offers another large dining table and a hot tub.

Back inside, there are five luxurious bedrooms. The master suite offers a king-sized bed with fresh linens and an upgraded bathroom with a double vanity and soaker tub. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with king-sized beds and are connected by a large Jack and Jill bathroom with separate vanities and a shower/tub combo. A staircase by the master bedroom leads you up to a huge bonus room that is being utilized as a bunk room with a queen bed and two twin-sized beds along with another twin trundle. The bonus room has additional space for blow-up mattresses or sleeping bags. At the bottom of the stairs, there is a powder bathroom and laundry room.

As you make your way down to the basement, there is one more bunk room on the lower level with three twin beds, along with the ultimate multipurpose room. A sectional, two leather recliners, and a large television create the perfect ambiance for movie night in the second living space. Beyond the couch, there is a bar, a table perfect for games or cards, a pool and foosball table, and a futon.

***The entire house is yours, with the exception of the garage and owner's closet. ***

Lake Access:
Access to private dock with year-round water, neighborhood Rock Creek public use ramp, nearby Land & Lake Market, and Grill for bait, gas, and other necessities. Nearby Twin Creeks Marina and Drafts and Watercraft's restaurant are a 15-minute boat ride away.

TV /Internet:
We have high-speed internet through Xfinity. While we do NOT have Cable TV, we have two smart TVs to access your own cable network accounts, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus Etc. during your stay.

Bring With You:
* Life jackets- we encourage all swimmers and boaters to use life jackets for their own safety.
* Fishing Gear- for the dock or on excursions. Fishing licenses can be purchased online or at the local marina or Walmart.
* Extra beach towels for use on the lake. we have a limited amount of beach towels available for your use, but you may want to bring extra if you have several people.
*Sleeping bags or air mattresses- while we are fine with guests using sleeping bags and air mattresses to best accommodate your group with sleeping arrangements, these are not provided. please feel free to bring and use your own.
*We do provide dishwasher and laundry soap and trash bags, an initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, complimentary hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but you may want to bring extra if you have a lengthy stay.
*Firewood-We have a fire pit for your use; you can bring firewood or purchase at the nearby Home Depot or local gas stations.
