June 2025Wonderful Blue River Home
We had a great week at this property with a range of ages from 2.5 to grandparents. Lots of great hikes nearby, easy access to downtown, and plenty of fun and room to spread out at the property. We used the fire pits daily and loved enjoying the spacious patio with incredible views including the lake nearby. We'd love to return. ”

April 2025Beautiful Mountain Home & Friendly Host
We did not stay in this exact home but one that the Dr. owns 2 houses down. It was gorgeous!! Large, well-equipped, spacious, large tub, shower w/2 shower heads in master suite, and large theater room. Dr. Esposito could not have been nicer!!! So friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us!! Breckenridge itself is also gorgeous. Darling mountain town in Colorado. The Spring skiing was perfect. Thanks, Dr. Esposito! We really appreciated you sharing your beautiful home with us!”

Timber's Edge is a great home for a group. It has a ton of comfy places to sit, hang out, and play games. is very close to Breckenridge for east access to skiing or town. We loved it!”
