Located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, you are within walking distance to the beach, pier, and downtown Manhattan Beach where there are unique dining and shopping options. Modern and tastefully decorated, this 4,300 square foot home is one-of-a-kind with bright hues of blue and white, creating a peaceful environment for all those who enter. The open-concept living space provides ample space allowing guests to move about freely from one room to the next. For a little more fun after a day in the sun, play a game of billiards or relax in front of the television and fireplace on the plush sectional. The chef of the group can practice their culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of seating for the whole crew at the island, counter seats, or in the dining room with sweeping views of the water. Step outside onto the balcony, and you will be further awed by the sights and fresh ocean aroma.
The home graciously accommodates nine guests between four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen television, fireplace, walk-in closet, a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a water closet. Two other rooms offer queen-sized beds, while the fourth room boasts a bunk bed with a twin over a full bed.
The lower level features an incredible entertainment room with arcade games, a large television with various DVDs, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge and patio access.
Spend your days under the California sun at Manhattan Beach with more than two miles of beach to walk, you can get a workout in with your feet in the sand. Head over to the 928 feet pier, popular for locals, tourists, photographers, artists, and fishers. The pier is also home to the Roundhouse Aquarium, where you can get up close and personal to amazing water life. Walk across from the pier and into downtown Manhattan Beach for a great meal. Lined with spectacular restaurants, art galleries, delis, coffee shops, bakeries, and more, you are sure to have endless fun here in the "Pearl of the South Bay."
